5k’s must be within an hour of Tampa.
Half marathons and marathons must be within 90 minutes of Tampa.
Virtual races, walks, multi-sport events and obstacle course events will not be included unless a paying advertiser.

Deb usually cannot use the free entry because she's leading group runs on the weekend, but she will invite an assistant to use it and report back about the event. If impressed, that person will certainly verbally express that to other members and to Deb, making this a great investment for you.
